Dr Anil Kashyap performed bbl/lipo360 on me 9/15 and immediately saw "faja burn" the next day. He gave me ointment and said no faja for 3 weeks. My NP confirmed it was lipo burn and my skin may be necrotic . We just have to wait and see. He was extremely nice and had great bedside manners, but I fear he was not honest with me in regards to my diagnosis.
